OK I solve the problem, my scale was too big, but another question what can I do to cache the chain? I put outside the dopnetwork Numerion_Carbon_DOP_Import1 pointing to the rigid body array, but I get an error No DOP object names specified.

Yes, this won't work like that because a Rigid Body Array creates an array of objects, each with their own name.
If you middle-mouse-button click on the Rigid Body, or the Simulation, it will list all of the objects in the simulation.
Since I chose link as Object Name Prefix in the example I sent over, all Rigid Bodies are called linkX with X being Object Counter Start (I chose 1) to Number of Objects. Meaning, the RBs are called link1, link2, etc... link66

If you want to import them, we slightly have to hack the Carbon DOP Import.
Go to it, set the DOP Network parameter to your dopnet, in the case of my example: /obj/dopnet1
Then right-click on the node and do "Dive into Network"
Then put in link* into the object mask and untick Use Single Object.

I have attached the edited file.
