How do I stop my stitched seam between two panels buckling?

Well you can have collision fighting between the collision edges of a stitched seam.
We introduced the Carbon Narrow Filter to help manage this.
You can set up the Carbon Narrow Filter to filter out triangles from collision between two mesh edges.
You can do this fast by selecting the Carbon Stitch node from inside the Carbon Narrow Filter to define the filtered triangles.
Also note that the Carbon Garment Processor node creates Narrow Filters automatically where there is a stitched seam.

Also stitching is a one : one relationship and so if one of your seams has more triangles than the other you will have some triangles not stitched on the edge and they can buckle as well.
